11 Fat People Dressed As Superheroes

As a general rule, I don’t approve of making fun of fat people. Many of them really cannot help being fat. They have no control over their body shape, and making fun of someone for something they have no power to stop is just low. What these people do have the power to stop, however, is squeezing themselves into tights and masks, and parading around as superheroes. I mean there’s a difference between being yourself and just asking for it.

119 Ways to Store and Organize Your Cats

When we first saw Joanne Casey's instructions on how to store and organize cats, we were impressed. However, we have found that there are many other ways to store and organize your cats efficiently, whether you have many or just one. You should first choose a storage area large enough to contain all of the cat(s) you need to store. Some cats can be stored in a tight ball, while others must be left in their natural, relaxed state. It's important that no part of the cat hang over the edge of the container to avoid embarrassing spills. You should always consult your owner's manual and rely on past experience and common sense before storage to avoid damage. When you are clear about the proper way to handle your cat or cats, you can browse below to see what storage and organization options may suit your own personal needs.

The 10 Niftiest Neon Signs For Nerds

Nothing says "Hey, whatever it is that you like is also as cool as Las Vegas" like a good neon sign. The warm glow emitting from the quality combination of bent glass, inert gas and electricity -- it's that ultra-rare combination of science-nerdy and barroom cool that appeals to everyone. Even a nerdy neon sign can class up even the most action figure-filled, anime poster-laden, role-playing-game dominated basement room, if only because it implies that basement room might be serving booze. Neon signs are simultaneously garish and engaging, which is just the thing to draw attention to the things one appreciates most -- and nerds certainly are no exception to this. After all, if something is awesome, shouldn't people be able to see it vividly in the dark? In the spirit of illuminating some of nerdom's most cherished icons, we present 10 neon signs worth hanging in plain view of your peers.

10 Convicts Presumed Innocent After Execution

English jurist William Blackstone once said, “Better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer.” Even lawyers are indoctrinated with this concept early in law school. Whether you support with the death penalty or not, most individuals would agree with the statement above. Despite the United State’s innocent-until-proven-guilty legal system, there are several cases where a presumably innocent person is convicted of a crime, some even put to death. Sadly, we may never get a chance to find out the truth. The recent inclusion of DNA evidence in trials has been used in some cases to clear many people falsely convicted. There are ten recent cases of people who are now presumed, but not proven, to be innocent and one bonus inclusion.

Top 10 Soulless Sports Cars

Okay, just to clarify, the title of this list is 'top ten soulless sports cars', not 'top ten worst sports cars'. That explains why some of these cars are quite good - some very, very good. They just don't have much personality or character about them. Some are just too packed with technology and electronics to be a driver's car. Others were the result of badge-engineering and designed by accountants. And others, through no fault of their own, have been brought down by the type of people often found behind the wheel.

Top 10 Timeless Exercises

If you’re like most men, you’ve been sold this crap before. In reality, this "workout tip" would just be another circus trick promoted by someone who has no idea how the body functions and who has a complete disregard for the health, well-being and body composition of the guys hearing his message. If you want rapid results, you’ll leave all the gimmicky exercises for men in leotards and stick with time-proven, effective exercises.

Top 20 Science Fiction Movies of the 2000s

Considering the volume of releases, overall the 2000s have a dearth of truly good science-fiction films compared with the 1970s and 1980s. Many movies based on books that should have been better fell short: Planet of the Apes, The Time Traveler and The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy (almost as bad as Vogon poetry). Movies based on other source material that should have been better include Attack of the Clones, V for Vendetta, The Matrix sequels, Terminator Salvation, Transformers, and the 9th and 10th Star Trek flicks. Of course, the 2000s “enjoyed” one of the worst sci-fi movies ever made—one of the worst movies period — Battlefield Earth. That piece of excrement makes Plan 9 from Outer Space look like Lawrence of Arabia.
